Rules
The conference will be hybrid, i.e. all panels and roundtables will take place in Vienna and online via Zoom. Labs might be held on-site only, depending on the design of the lab. Decisions about your mode of attendance have to be made only at the registration stage of the conference, starting mid-May 2025. All technical equipment for hybrid panels and roundtables will be provided. It will be the convenors’ responsibility to liase with participants about their modus of participation and structure the panels and roundtables accordingly.
All panels and roundtables are open for submissions.
Each attendee can hold each conference role only once. Possible roles are:
- Convenor of a panel, roundtable or lab
- Presenter of a paper in a panel
- Participant in a roundtable
- Discussant in a panel
- Chair of a panel or roundtable
Participation in labs will not be counted as a role.
In the current submission phase (Call for Papers, Roundtable Participation and Labs) individuals can propose abstracts as presenters, roundtable participants or lab convenors. Panel and roundtable convenors can add chairs (panel + roundtable) and discussants (panel only) at a later stage.
